Through Spazzatura Disegno, I also have the ability to create bespoke artworks centered on challenging and yet often personally meaningful waste.
I work with clients–from well known brands to families and individuals–to clean, organize and then transform varied waste streams they have accrued. From hardware left behind during the construction of a new home, to discontinued products and parts, to the broken but memorable toys of children–I am able to view the beauty within them, and based on discussions with clients, mold them into conceptually powerful and timeless three dimensional installations.
These artworks, and the waste within them, can then go on onto inhabit a variety of spaces–from family rooms, to galleries and lobbies–and bring value and beauty to them.

Each bespoke piece begins with a conversation. Once you reach out, I’ll guide you through collecting and sending your personal waste—anything from discarded packaging to broken objects that carry a bit of your everyday story. I then sort, clean, and intuitively respond to the materials, letting their textures and shapes guide the design. Through a mix of handcraft and improvisation, I assemble your waste into a sculptural object that’s both personal and poetic. The result is a one-of-a-kind artwork that reframes what we throw away—and reflects something meaningful back to you.
